The BreastScreen Queensland (BSQ) mobile unit is currently providing free breast screening to eligible clients until 11 December at the Beaudesert Hospital.
State MP, Jon Krause, said the mobile clinic is located in the carpark near the main entrance.
Women are eligible from age 40, with those aged 50 to 74 strongly encouraged to attend as screening benefits are strongest for this age group.
It is essential to make a booking as soon as possible.
Eligible clients can book an appointment by calling 132 050 or visiting breastscreen.qld.gov.au
The mobile unit will screen next at North Tamborine from 4 January until 1 February 2024.
