The 2024 Australia Post Community Grants Program is offering grants for eligible community-led, not-for-profit local projects that help improve connection, mental health and wellbeing.
Applications are now open and close 1 July 2024. For information on how to apply, go on their website then hit the Apply Now button.
Applicants must clearly articulate how their project will result in improved health outcomes of community members.
Award grants of up to $10,000 are made through one-off payments to the project specified.
